Operational Business Executive experienced in startups, scale-ups, and multinational corporations across education, tech, B2C, and B2B. Brenden excels in enhancing organisational focus, delivery, and team growth.
Brenden started his career working in IT Project Management for one of the largest national grocers in Canada, where he honed and developed his operations and delivery skill set at the corporate level. From there, he pivoted to a more entrepreneurial and impact-focused role, helping operationalize, grow, and scale a $20M+ network of K-12 private schools in Toronto as their VP of Business Operations. After exiting to Private Equity, he went on to work for a major tech bootcamp (Lighthouse Labs) as their lead Project Manager, building out a team to implement and scale delivery across their multinational online and in-person education programming. He then took on a passion position with the world’s largest i-gaming operator (Flutter International) as a technical project manager, helping deliver technology gaming solutions to their players both domestically and abroad. Most recently, he has spent his time working with 6/7/8-figure entrepreneurs at Closers.io, helping them grow and scale their businesses and sales teams to new heights. Now he’s joined FE Growth Partner to help them realise their vision and scale to new heights.
